Created social media and promotional design assets for Nashulai Maasai Conservancy
Nashulai Maasai Conservancy is a community-led conservation initiative in Kenya that protects wildlife, preserves Maasai culture, and promotes sustainable coexistence between people and nature. Supporting its mission to protect wildlife, preserve Maasai culture, and promote community-led conservation. I developed engaging visuals and storytelling-driven content to raise awareness of environmental stewardship, highlight local initiatives, and connect audiences with the conservancy’s impact.
Social Impact & Community Engagement
Developed social media campaigns for Nashulai Maasai Conservancy, collaborating with UNDP and Equator Prize representatives to amplify community-led conservation and social impact. I got to create digital content highlighting COVID-19 relief efforts that provided food to over 10,000 people, river clean-up initiatives, and women’s empowerment programs, raising awareness of the conservancy’s work in environmental stewardship, community resilience, and sustainable development.
Public Health Signage & Women’s Empowerment
Designed educational signage for the Mara camps to promote COVID-19 safety practices, including proper handwashing and physical distancing. This initiative helped raise awareness of community health and hygiene, inspiring a women’s empowerment program focused on local soap-making to improve access to essential hygiene products while creating opportunities for women to develop skills and generate income.
